Let’s not procastinate our knowledge towards finance. What is Finance? And Fallacy of Finance has already been our topic of discussion in our prior blogs so it’s time to level up our knowledge of Finance with blogtansy

         Everyone teaches us, “Study Hard to Earn Money and soon You Will Become Rich,” but I never encountered any billionaire faculty of mine. Everyone teaches us “Money is Power'' but I never understood why Anil Ambani failed even after being the richest man of an era. Money is Power, that's just a half told truth. You know what’s more powerful, "Knowledge about Money".

The other day I came across a very amazing fact, 200 Indian Rupees in the year 2010 would be counted as 96 in 2021 as per the inflation rate. What? Really? Yes, You spell every string correctly, it is. The money in hand depreciates with the inflation rate, decreasing the value of it. Let's not be too technical, ask your parents or better, you have experienced early 2000, the stuff that could be bought from a ₹100 note at that time and go out now  ₹100 couldn't manage a sufficient meal for a person at a go. 


Benjamin Franklin once said, An Investment In Knowledge Pays The Best Interest ”

School in India teaches us, how to make money, but fails to teach how to make more money from money, chuckle if you want but even we never took a step to learn about it. IF YOU DON’T ASK, THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS NO. We never asked ourselves so we were never answered. 

WHAT IS FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE?

Financial knowledge is the power to make more money from money in hand. Warren Buffet once said, “If you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die.” So, What are the ways we can invest our money to make more money? But before that starting from the rag, What is investment actually?

           Basically, Investment is holding something for a period of time if it gives profit then called as asset otherwise liability, but generally we hold with a hope to get good returns in future. But what is that something, so that something may be a land, a bond, a fixed deposit, a stock, a mutual fund or a public provident fund the list is simply illustrative. Same as a coin, investments even have two faces, if invested wisely with calculated risk then this turns out to be a biggest boon otherwise not less than a bane to lose whatever you had invested.                                                                                                         What is investment? How much to invest? What are ways to invest? What is risk management? Age-Money relation? And such more questions, comes under financial knowledge. It gives a variety of knowledge about every aspect related to money like bank account, net banking, debit & credit cards, loan, investment, insurance, taxes and many more. All the awareness about the boon and bane side of each. 

WHAT ARE TYPES OF FINANCE?

According to the need of financial knowledge by individual or group , finance has been broadly classified to following subcategories : Personal Finance, Corporate Finance, Public Finance. 

  • PERSONAL FINANCE - The word is self-explanatory in itself. Personal finance deals with the financial growth of an individual on the basis of various factors like income, expenditure, age, liabilities, requirements and goals. It varies from person to person, as not everyone is ready to take high risk or not everyone is aiming to buy a house at Bandra. It varies with age, like some in their 20's are high risk takers whereas others in 50’s are planning for retirement. It's about maintaining the growth of your money, by analysing ourselves individually. It deals with family budget, the utilisation of credit cards and other cards, loans, savings, insurance and investments. This type of finance is the main center of focus of my blog.


  • CORPORATE FINANCE - This is related to the financial strategies of growth of a private company. All the aspects of the company are taken into consideration and then a strategy of financial gain is formulated. It involves fundraising with the help of angel investors, merger or bonds sometimes. This is usually of no use until we think of some startups. 


  • PUBLIC FINANCE - The way the government manages the finance comes under public finance. It includes various aspects like taxing, budgeting, debt-issuance and many more for well functioning of a financially stable government. 

Financial knowledge is simply a depth less ocean, but a basic knowledge of financial knowledge can improve the quality of our life financially. I went through this word quite a few days ago and this word itself worked on me to realise what it actually means. PROCRASTINATION is waiting till the eleventh hour for doing something or not doing it at all. Basically the eleventh hour is the last minute. There are thousands of self-build, non-existing shields to protect us from doing any task. When I was shifting to Indore, heart of Madhya Pradesh in my world, because here I haven't pool the memories together to stay, memories have binded me up to remain stick here, I thought I will be really thoughtful with my work, will be freak with my fitness, will be punctual to my deeds and many more unicorns, but all I ended up with my alarm's death out of screaming hard at nine, my work pilled up with tons of dust in racks, my body lying on bed 24*7, all in all a couch potato doing absolutely nothing and jokingly my each and every act was justified via my mind though it was not all that bad, as sensible as Tony Kakkar named as Singer. Sometimes you need a break from everything to re-energize your life, look how beautifully I defend. 

Once George H. Lorimer said deeply in his plain words : " Putting off an easy thing makes it hard but putting off a hard thing makes it impossible. " It's not easy to sum up his meaning so easily, leave it, we will come back to it later. Oh! wait, will we even remember it after some time, hell no! Did you miss something which is of great value? Pushing things on tomorrow makes it harder with each passing moment. 

WHAT IS PROCRASTINATION? 

Procrastination in simple words is nothing but taking your baggage of today and adding it to the baggage of tomorrow. I heard it when I was just teen that    :         " Everyday comes up with new challenges " but I experienced this when I got enrolled to B.Tech, no it's nice but until campus visit, and then you experience the phrase practically each day. 

Pushing your task on coming time and defending yourself is the greatest way you choose yourself as an ideal example of failure in a middle class family. Just take a pause and realise you just blocked the timing for facing new challenges and learning by taking off your task of today to tomorrow. 

While going through an article i read, proud at least you procrastinate and you are not lazy, as lazy people have no desire to do anything but you at least carry the desire to do the stuffs although you even do nothing, I really didn't find any sense to it personally, as you do nothing in both the cases at the end of the day.

 REASONS BEHIND PROCRASTINATION

1. Unable To Prioritise Tasks - This is a really major issue, when we are unable to figure out what to do first, we end up doing nothing yet busy in doing everything, resulting in nothing. 

2. Ignoring Value Of Time - I have enough time, I will do it tomorrow. It took me till 3 months to finish 2 questions of an assignment which went pending at the end. I told you B.Tech in online mode sounds like butter guard with a special touch of neem flavour and essence served in a plate, foodies may die now happily.

3. Perfectionism - This is somewhat justified in my terms as you come up with diamonds because of a few more hours than it's way too more great than early coal, isn't it?

4. Failure - Fear of failure or criticism is really a major issue so let me exemplify you something relatable, I was playing 8 pool game the other day and I realise you loose in two case only either you lose the match or you leave the match, but which is exciting, for me it's playing till the last ball and the other partner win rather than leaving like coward.

5. Low Self-Esteem - When you cannot judge whether you could even make it happen or not is the place the first step of not doing anything, is taken. The task is not finished perfectly in case in you do it or leave it, if you fail but at least trying till end will make up something, exciting if win. Self-Esteem building is lifelong process, so stop overthinking and just go with the flow.

When it comes to counting steps towards your dreams and goals, the next step is FOCUS. The important question to be in the limelight here, is it really important to stay focused, what if we are consistent, hard-working, dedicated though but focused enough. It is the same as if you are making curry with all the ingredients, with a special recipe of SANJEEV KAPOOR too but your mind is making another recipe in your head and you messed up both. 

The founder of one of the biggest companies of the world, Steve Jobs once said, “FOCUS and SIMPLICITY ONCE YOU GET THERE YOU CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS.” These are really straight and simple words though very deep and meaningful to understand. Let’s quickly go through this blog and explore how beautiful the journey of being focused can be. 

WHAT IS FOCUS?

Even the pictures lose the real essence of the moment without focus, think of life for an instant. The clear visualization of anything of your interest is something which departs you from the mob. I explained many times that Everything is Difficult , it's just you choose your cheering riddle. Starting something new is difficult, Carrying it forward is difficult, Finishing it is difficult, but onces you start enjoying the journey it becomes joyful and enjoyable. 

Important question which is missing here is what is enjoyable till the end? Well, let’s quickly surf through an example, playing xbox is never boring(unless you don’t love gaming) till the end. You enter with full energy, stay dedicated and focused and joyful at the same time, through gaming and come out with amazing laughter and memory, “Ah!! What a time we had.” Did you prepare yourself for the loser or winner? Did you put extra efforts forcefully to win? Did you need any external motivation? Did you need to make up your mind to stay focused?  So many questions and a simple monosyllabic answer is ‘NO’, but why? It's just you chose your interest. When you choose your interest you don't need extra energy to go, you just go with the flow. Staying dedicated, hardworking, focused is one thing but choosing the right thing is another.


Focus is how deeply, clearly and mindfully we travel through the journey of our work with less distraction, i don’t say with no distraction just because it’s near to impossible for an average human being to stay focused 24 hours. But some focus can enhance productivity and reduce efforts and time for your task with peace. Some take 2 days to finish a task while others take even 2 weeks or months for the same, why does this huge difference arise? The simple answer is “FOCUS”. 

HOW TO DEVELOP FOCUS?-

A study says that there are major three types of INNER, OTHER, OUTER. Inner focus is all about your peace, mind and heart to stay driven. Other focus is to stay connected and attached to the people. Outer focus is to stay connected with the larger world. Hold on! How to do all this? Hang tight !! pull your socks to surf with focus.

  1. ORGANISE -  For a day be in a room which is highly messed up and then spend another day in an highly organised room and feel the vibes hitting you. Something changed? The way we create an external environment, the vibe it sends us to drive the day.

  2. PLAN - Creating plans for the weekend and scheduling things is something worst I did with my time. Don't rush with plans, create a plan for the near future and put less burden on mind. Plan your hours not dates and months. 

  3. CONSISTENT - This is something we need to be along with being focused, changing the task over and over again will lose interest in all and none will end up in completion. 

  4. TAKE BREAK - Taking breaks not only boost you physically and mentally but it even boosts your thoughts in a way better than before. Taking a nap, coffee, peaceful self-time or music is enough to be productive again. 

  5. EXERCISE - Meditation, puzzle, riddle, and mind games are some things which help us to stay focused. But it's not a one day thing, you need to be consistently doing these things for better results.

ATTENTION IS LIKE SPOTLIGHT, AND OUR JOB IS TO DANCE IN THE DARKNESS, this quote has nothing to do with this blog it's just a dialogue from FOCUS, to refresh and bring a giggle on your face. Success is a final fabric of many threads combined together, arranged in a fashion. You just need to be patiently focused on it.

March 22, 2020 was the day when the first Janta Curfew was announced by the Government of India as a step towards the pandemic. I remember how unstable the night I had in Bus that night of March 21, hurry and safe approach towards home. The whole world was at alert and people were scared and doubtful how long it would last and many more questions were tearing my mind. This anniversary of the Global Pandemic was a sign how badly mother nature is hurt. I was totally shook when homecoming was welcomed with a cold and fever, though it was not COVID yet my mind reacted in that fashion, I realised the first sign of mental trauma. 

The COVID-19 pandemic approached the world as a couple carrying a more ghastly though invisibly significant pandemic within: MENTAL HEALTH PANDEMIC and surprisingly there is no vaccination for it. The mental breakdown became universal irrespective of caste, creed, gender or nationality. The salts to the injuries were new reports better said as horror movie scripts were enough to turn a gentle into mental. The pandemic brought fear, anger, uncertainty, depression, anxiety, and dysfunctional behaviour as icing on the cake along with mental illness.

I read the other day, Mental Health has a strong connection with Physical Health, what's your call on it? Let me know in the comments below. You may find thousands of articles on the same in offline and online mode as well but you know why reading this one is worthy, because the narrating experience is a bigger degree than bookish knowledge. A doctor turns to be a god with time and experiences the greatest colleges and degrees of life. Let's surf quickly with the problem we faced and a solution for the same. 

  • ANGER

Don’t you get frustrated and angry easily, oh wait more often it happens with us, I know you don’t wanted to but you are frustrated as hell and that's okay totally but it should not be going that way so for better living I recommend to practise breathing exercises and meditation for at least 10 minutes a day and it’s not a big deal for a mentally stable life.

  • SLEEPLESSNESS 

My sleep cycle is messed up, these are words on every second tongue these days but you know what's even deadly it's sleeplessness, you are yawning, even wanted to sleep, body is just fatigue but you could not because your mind is overthinking all the wars of this world and stabilizing relationships with you. For this practise Yoga before sleeping, take as much light meal you can, give some self-time, practise self love and try to cut yourself from social media 2 hours before sleep and don’t grab your phone 2 hours after sleep.

  • FOCUS 

Lack of focus is another problem, you can not stay consistency with a particular job you indulge in. Consistency with deep focus predicts better results but staying focused is not a piece of cake. To enhance your focus during this depressing pandemic try to do the task which requires more patience, calm down yourself with meditation and practise some focus oriented brain exercises. Sometimes social media is also a great source of distraction so either cut off completely or ignorance is blissful.

The more you write on it, the better vision you have for this, depression is something a disease which is even harder to suspect than COVID. It's like carrying two emotions parallely happiness and sober face outside and a dead and lost soul inside. For this or anything above, just stay away from toxic people, avoid negativity, create more productivity which will boost you within. Calm yourself with self-care and self-love.

  • SUPPORT 

This is the soul of each solution to every problem, Learn To Talk about your issues With The Right Person. Especially my male reader, I know a small fight or swag will be on your tongue for months but your fight within will not be depicted by any action. Learn to discuss your problems and most importantly with the right person because a wrong man can even make you feel worse than before. Learn to talk.

We all are well aquitant with consistency and its effects in our life, but have you ever thought why people cannot stay consistent with their work for long. This 4 lettered word LONG is the all I could conclude as the main reason behind the failure towards consistency. It’s easier said than done, some may utter back to me but trust me NOTHING IS EASY in this world, YOU BECOME STRONGER each day. 

The greatest philosopher of all times, KALIDAS quoted once, “ Persistence makes even a dumb man intelligent, just like a soft rope, when rubbed continuously on stone, makes a mark on it (करत-करत अभ्यास के जड़मति होत सुजान, रसरी आवत-जात के, सिल पर परत निशान|) ” If you could understand this deep though very powerful word of KALIDAS, then there is nothing in this world which can be left unconquered by you. 

WHAT ARE HINDRANCE TO CONSISTENCY?

Hindrance is the restriction to fulfill any task or work, here in our case, can you figure out the main obstruction behind it, hold on one second, chuckle for a while because it's YOU. You scare me, stop giving me this look, don't be a red head this time, because I always blame you for everything wrong in your world. Don't you think it’s really core of earth that "When you start finding problems in this world and other people you need to change them for better living but when you find problems in yourself you need to change yourself ", what is easier? This is the main reason I always blame YOU for a cause not others. 

Some external following factors are even responsible behind it:

  1. Lack of interest which ultimately results in a thoughtless mind.
  2. Tiredness is yet another factor behind it but remember GREAT THINGS TAKES TIME
  3. Boring schedules, doing the same task each day may appear boring after a certain period of time. 
  4. THE GRASS IS ALWAYS GREENER ON OTHERS COURT, some other tasks appear simple and easy.
  5. Lack of time management is yet an important factor behind it.

HOW TO IMPROVE CONSISTENCY?

This period of lockdown not only brought home isolation but also mental health issues like depression , trauma and tons of overthinking along with it. But why do we feel all these emotions? Can you figure it out? Because it was almost impossible to stick to one place, those four walls with the same pleasure.

 Here are some points below which can help you in the same:

  • Human brain is the most powerful weapon of this world, but it is the least used part of the body. Albert Einstein has recorded 17% of it, highest till date to create history. Just imagine how powerful your brain is. Try to calm down your brain with simple meditation and work positively.
  • Try to look at your work each time with a new vision whenever you feel like giving up. Even houses are renovated after a certain period of time, so recreate your work.
  • If even recreation doesn't work then take a break for a few days not more than three because you will completely lose interest in it otherwise, follow your hobby or go for a vacation as per you choices and have a comeback with even more energy.
  • Just remind yourself each day, where do you look yourself ultimately and stay self-motivated, this simple thought works like wonders in life. Don't think about the end result of your job, know the difference between both.
  • Be large in aspirations and try to cover yourself with your job so intensely that innovation keeps knocking you each day and thus interest remains stuck to your task. This may even work in negative, so stay alert with this idea.

Success is meant to your destination, all you need is to keep going with your job with the correct guidance and proper check. My kings and queens, Destination is beautiful but you know what is even more beautiful than that, the JOURNEY to your destination. Enjoy whatever you are going through because everything adds value at the end.

Just a few weeks ago, I thought I would post my blog every SATURDAY and it would make things very clear for the readers and it would even ease my life. I made around 5-6 plans for the same and it went really well last Saturday when my blog was published. You people must be puzzled why I am narrating all this, don't give up, I have something amazing to carry forward. When this Saturday, I mean 26 JUNE 2021 hit my calendar, I started making some self made excuses. My mind resisted and my body was not aligned with the promise I made a few weeks ago. This is what happens to almost everyone in this world: You Make Up Your Mind, You Start Enthusiastically and then When The Hardest Part Of It Hits You, You Give Up, start giving excuses to yourself and the list ends at infinity.

SMALL DISCIPLINES REPEATED WITH CONSISTENCY EVERYDAY LEADS TO GREAT ACHIEVEMENTS ” no these are not my personal words for SUCCESS, these are the golden words of John C. Maxwell. Ever wondered MBA Chaiwala, Engineer Chaiwala, Tvakh, Bira, Revv etc earn in seven digits and even more without being so popular like Reliance and TCS. Could conclude the power of consistency now, even though they all failed more than once but yet remianed consistent.

WHAT IS CONSISTENCY? 

INDIA has the 3rd largest startup ecosystem in the world, with more than 50000 startups in the year 2018 and a hike of 30% by January 2021, study depicts that everyday a new startup takes birth from the womb of INDIA. The number of successful startups can be counted on figures but, ever dig your thoughts why is it so?

Consistency is the desire to carry forward a task with the same dedication and will power throughout the journey of roller coaster. The way you stick to a plan and stay firm and rigid to it is all the definition of consistency I could figure out. But it is almost impossible to have high energy all the time, so a very crisp though, to the point answer to this is: Sometimes Listen To Your Heart, Sometimes Listen To Your Brain and Sometimes Listen To None

HOW DOES CONSISTENCY MATTERS?

This is really a question of value, to what extent consistency matters in our life. Imagine a situation where you are doing all the house chores for a day. You started doing cleaning and suddenly realises that it doesn’t entertains you so you leave it in the middle and then pick cooking but further no joy you could find so you leave it too and do same with the dishes at last you find no harmony and then go for cleaning once again thinking you need to do at least something that day, take a look of the chaos you created in your head, this is what exactly happens due to lack of consistency. 

Nothing in this world is easy, it's just a matter of interest that you choose your favorite riddle. But not only choosing instead sticking to it, working on it for the long term makes it worthy and you as successful. Think about the situation above where you are stick to one task even if you are not enjoying it at some moment, at the end of the day you would have at least something completely done, isn’t it. There are always some moments in life where you feel like giving up but there are only 1% of people who keep doing and working at that phase too. That's why there are only 1% of people who own the world by becoming motivation and creating success stories.

LOVE, trust me this is not just a word, it's a bundle of questions tied up with lots of emotions and speechless minds. You will be amazed if I tell you, the biggest race of this world after basic necessities is this emotion called LOVE, ever tried to be a good child to get the extra slice of it apart from general share for all siblings, that early completion of fair and notes for attention and of course love in the class, tried to become a people pleaser to get this emotion, don’t you think that all races ended up for the same destination. When ZAKIR KHAN said “We are the generation of broken hearts and broken people '' my goosebumps supported. Love is an emotion which has left many people as emotionless. Believe me or not but searching for LOVE is an invitation for an autogenous self-inflicted pain, less or more but in the end all you get is unspeakable, unbearable pain.

You know the mysterious part of it that the problem never lies with love nor the person whom you loved, it always lies with YOU, it was always you who let this pain happen to YOU. This is one of the famous Will Smith Quotes : "Stop letting people who do so little for you control so much of your life." & "Don't chase people. Be yourself, do your own thing and work hard. The right people - the ones who really belong in your life -- will come to you. And stay." If you will deeply re-read this you will realise it was never actually the LOVE nor the LOVER, it was always YOU and only YOU.

WHAT IS TRUE LOVE?

Introduction is already so scary that to continue further is a bold hearted deed. Let me take you to the roses of bed, I apologize if I fail in the ride of Truth, so many people do ask me “WHAT IS TRUE LOVE?” this is really a question of bucks and as per my persona “TRUE LOVE IS SOMETHING WHICH IS PAINFUL.” Forget everything and remember the iconic of TRUE and PUREST forms of LOVE, Lord KRISHNA and RADHA. Now you could easily relate to my definition. Love is beautiful in itself but it becomes hazardous when you expect it in the same quantity which is a obvious human tendency, but try to understand few things below-

  1. Love is complete in itself and you're enough to love yourself. Not everything you want is exactly what you need.

  2. Your love for someone is sufficient, getting it back is heaven but not getting it back shouldn't be deadly.

  3. Acceptance is heaven in disguise.

  4. Love is important in life but it’s not important that it will stay forever in your life, cherish the moments and move with a high head further.

  5. Most importantly, Loving someone is okay until it does not cross the limits of your bearing capacity, just remember SELF RESPECT is vulnerable.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LOVE AND ATTRACTION

As a teen this question is way more important than, WHY MITOCHONDRIA IS THE POWERHOUSE OF CELL? How should we actually analyse that it is not LOVE but just a meagre ATTRACTION, but do you know what attraction is? Well, in my word book attraction is a strong desire to get something, but love is a strong desire to give something. Why long-distance relationships are so hard ever wondered, consider these  simple factors and see how easily you can blow off your sudden bubble of your so-called love that is attraction.

  • TIME - Time Teaches Everything, this is not just a phrase but a gem of life. If you are putting efforts in the same way even after a few months/years too, trust me it’s a melody of true love. 

  • DISTANCE - If your feelings fluctuate with distance then it is just an attraction and nothing else, because no distance is far enough to separate the love of your mother for you then why this is fluctuating, you may chuckle to have an another attraction.

  • EFFORTS - Love Is Sacrifice, and efforts are icing on the cake. Don’t fall for words, make a clear decision with actions and efforts combined together. 

Not everyone is ready to put all the three for everyone, it is really for a mono-existing soul, since these efforts are really painful to put so now you would have understood my defination of love more clearly. OVERTHINKING-What is Overthinking? What are it's harmful effects? How to overcome it?

Congratulations, must be puzzled for what? So let me just introduce you to your part-time or maybe full time job, that is OVERTHINKING. This word had ruined the youth to a major extent and really being honest it's not a joke anymore. I was overthinking about the topic I should jot down this time, oops i was thinking about the topic but most of the time all i do is to overthink the stuffs or better to say all we do is to overthink the stuffs so things go even worse than usual.

If a voice inside you is constantly criticizing you, you blame yourself for everything wrong, even small things practically bring anxiety for you, you can't focus on stuff, you are in search of love from outside and most importantly you couldn't have a proper sleep cycle, then welcome to the world of overthinker's with a chuckle.  

Overthinking is such an underrated topic that I could not even find quotes of some famous personalities on it, the other way round overthinking does not even exist in their list, meanwhile anonymous authors are in million.

WHAT IS OVERTHINKING?

OVERTHINKING, self explanatory in itself, this word carries immense power to cause a disastrous mental destruction by stress and anxiety. I know you can't stop your brain thinking about anything extra, I am also aware of the fact that this is over all emotions, it kills happiness, trust, faith, belief but let me tell you the warrior who can defeat it is busy head or tight schedule and a job of interest. Don’t believe me, but where does your overthinking go when it's the last date of your assignments and you are not finished yet, where does your extra slice of thinking go when you are busy in streaming netflix or doing your artwork or dance practise or any job of your interest. Isn't it weird that an ideal mind is prone to it even more?

 WHAT ARE HARMS CAUSED BY OVERTHINKING?

You must be really astonished to hear, this is a severe disease that is a major reason for early death and not meant to be overlooked anyhow. This extra slice always ends up with screwed up mental health and even worse power of decision making. Here are major health issues highlighted caused by overthinking. These below are just a few major harms, the list is even more if we jump to the ocean of BIOLOGY.

  1. LOWER MENTAL FUNCTIONING

  2. INCREASE CANCER RISK 

  3. INCREASE HEART DISEASE

  4. SUPPRESS IMMUNE SYSTEM

HOW TO OVERCOME lT?

This is a really important part of this blog, just because excess thinking means you are just a stone's throw away from depression. I am not aware about your hurt or pain but let me tell you something, ALL THAT MATTERS AT THE END OF THE DAY IS YOU AND ONLY YOU, trust me. One day everyone will be on the other side of life and you will laugh at this successfully wasted valuable time. We can't change some things in our life. All we can do is to accept whatever is right in front of us. These tips below might help you in your process to overcome overthinking.

  • Follow Your Passion, this might sound very plain but this is something which woke up your interest in doing some job and ultimately our brain has no time to overthink.

  • Avoid Negativity, “YOU LOOK THE WORLD EXACTLY SAME, THE WAY YOU ARE” is an old saying. Overthinking just brings the negative part of your life, you become judgemental to yourself, you start thinking the cause of all evils in this world is you, so for this part use your brain and avoid toxic people and content.

  • Make A Tight Schedule for you, and put as much work pressure you can so that your mind is diverted and positively your tasks are completed.

  • Think Rationally, don’t stress yourself for the forces you can't control.

  • SELF LOVE is the key so just take a deep breath and tell me the right decision you took after overthinking that night, couldn't find one, now Talk To Yourself is it working? If not then leave it in the hands of the universe.

My beloved overthinker's, I know something is going really unwell, you even don't know how to react to it, so just leave it because deep down all you want is MENTAL PEACE not the better version of that thing, “Always perform your duty efficiently and without attachment to the results, because by doing work without attachment one attains the Supreme.” – Bhagavad Gita. You know your duties well, just do it, keep going and see the MAGIC. Personally I used to Overthink too much until I realise it was not that hard that my mind screwed up. TIME MANAGEMENT - WHAT IS TIME MANAGEMENT? HOW TO PLAN OUR TIME BETTER? HOW DOES IT CONTRIBUTE TO OUR LIFE? | COMPLETE OVERVIEW.  

My GrandMa used to say, if you value time then only time will value you. As a young child in high school I was very poor in time management, so I decided to highlight my shortcomings & embrace the drawbacks of my personality so you may be helped in the same shoes by offering better solutions for the same in the following blog, today. But before I go for it, tell me in the comments below how many productive hours you make out of 24 in your daily routine these days. Should i disclose this secret too that starting my journey of  blog writing was just a product of increasing efficiency of my time and bit interest and really being honest i never thought this way but curiosity of exploration drag me out here.

The golden words of Paul J. Meyer literally explained so well what TIME MANAGEMENT is all about, “PRODUCTIVITY IS NEVER AN ACCIDENT. IT IS ALWAYS THE RESULT OF COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE, INTELLIGENT PLANNING AND FOCUSED EFFORTS”

WHAT IS TIME MANAGEMENT?

Unlike all the motivational speakers I am not gonna say, “YOU SHOULD NOT WASTE EVEN A SECOND IN YOUR LIFE” because in my persona all these advice are unicorn. Personally I think, sometimes a cup of tea in hand, your favourite music and totally blank in head staring nothing but in deep thought in your balcony is all you need to heal yourself. Time Management is just a step ahead of Discipline, how dedicated you are to your work and the quality of time you give to it. Everyone has that 24 hours but at the last tick of time some sleep with a sign of relief that they made it while others sleep with a crumble of regret in one way or the other. TIME MANAGEMENT IS THE FIRST STEP OF SUCCESS IN WHATEVER FIELD YOU CHOOSE TO LIVE. 

Being really honest in my teenage years, I was a really poor student in the school of Time Management. I always decide to learn 4-5 hours but end up with negligible productivity and lots and lots of fatigue and the ultimate reason was I always focused on what happens when zinc reacts with dilute sulphuric acid but never focused on how to manage all piled up work at the same time, what we call a great time management. When I sat peacefully down after my first mental broke in my career and every question of my failure came to rest, I questioned myself, I never lacked in hard work then Why am I tasting failure? Oh, failing is a part of success. I am not against that fact but we should know the reason too for actually making it a contributor to our success. All I could end up with is lack of time management. 

HOW TO PLAN TIME BETTER?

This is something puzzling to figure out a universal schedule which everyone can follow, unlike DNA, TIME MANAGEMENT is also a different course for everyone and you need to figure out the perfect one for you, but then why are you reading this blog? Don’t chuckle much, let me reveal the reason, just because I am going to share a few mistakes which I made and some tips to make a more efficient schedule for you.

  1. First analyse the work you had and roughly figure out the time you are gonna take. I usually carry no idea and just start working and thus my magnitude of force was always great but direction makes overall work as zero.
  2. Believe in hard work but also walk through the streets of smart work. BILL GATES once said, “I will always choose a lazy person to do a difficult job because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it.” All he could summarise is street smartness. 
  3. Focus on the work done rather than the time spent, like doing assignments hardly take 1-2 days but we stay disturbed for the whole week isn't it so
  4. Work on enhancing productivity rather than just doing the task. If we indulge in something it should add value to our life. I don’t know about you people but sometimes while listening to something I forget to be comprehensive for the same at that time. 
  5. Discipline is the key & most importantly it’s not a game of overnight. Trust me all the leaders of this world were not built differently, they just walked differently. 

My noble people, TIME MANAGEMENT is also a step towards your success. Spend your time on movies, fun, friends and family gathering but not on the cost of your career , learn to manage your time well otherwise you won’t be on either shore. We can’t be productive for each second of our life but we can be efficient whenever meant too.

I wouldn't be so late for this blog if the first dose of my vaccination was not so amazing, such pun kills, gosh, but GO GET VACCINATED SOON. There are more than 1000 articles I went through over this period of time about “ WHAT IS SELF LOVE ” but hardly anyone puts efforts to describe HOW TO DEVELOP SELF LOVE. Actually, I didn’t walk through that way until I was intended to, by one acquaintance. That actually something to be in the limelight, how this such powerful and amazing word works. We know the food is tasty, it looks amazing, you are a foodie and chef within but you don't know the process that craving is something hellish. 

I don't believe in quotes but when LAO TZU said “Knowledge is a treasure, but practice is the key to it” I felt each and every emotion poured to us. We almost knew self love in such a defined manner but have you ever practiced. It’s nothing less than a UNICORN, we knew well but never practiced, giggle if you felt the same.  

How To Develop Self Love?

Not taking much time in explaining what is healthy self love, let's flash back to some old memories of our adolescence, that pimple made us feel low even though the morning was bright that day, that chubby face never allowed us to participate in a activity which we really wanted to, facial hairs, hoarse voice, skinny or fat, dark or fair whatever we were, we judged ourselves first before anyone could which even resulted depression in some case. We already put our self confidence so low, forget the storm even a soft wind lets us down. RIP to all the emotions you could never feel because of lack of Self Love.

  1. If you start finding problems in others you need to change them, but if you consider yourself as a problem you need to change yourself, which one is easy. No Please, I am not talking about blaming oneself. But Yes, Change Yourself And Learn To Ignore, ignore negativity, toxicity and things which let you down.
  2. Look forward to yourself first, not always but most of the time. Consider Your Feelings Over Others' Judgements. If you love to wear, do or apply something that makes you feel happy, go for it without a second thought.
  3. Bring Changes In Your Life Only If You Desire to not because SHARMA UNCLE was sarcastic on you.
  4. Talk To Yourself, about your happiness, peace and desires. This may appear ordinary like the above tips but believe me it works like wonders in life. Remember Attitude is Everything
  5. Make Your Weakness As Your Strength tasteless right but do you know that RODNEY ATKINSON popularly named as Mr. Bean suffered from stuttering childhood onwards, yet he became immortal on the stage, in the world of comedy. We are a piece of humour because of our weakness so turn them into your strength.
  6. Our Indian culture always puts strength while respecting other’s feelings, but honestly my parents never urge me to respect my own feelings. Before respecting others, Learn To Respect Ourselves. 
  7. Whatever you are tall-dwarf, fair-dark, skinny-fat, it doesn't matter at the end of the day and honestly I would have never realised this until I experienced that we all search for the one who values our emotions rather than a perfect body. All That Matters Is Your Heart, be a soul of goodness and everything works like magic. 
  8. For god’s sake Stop Comparing. A fish cannot walk, an elephant cannot fly and an eagle cannot swim and that's totally okay. Understand your uniqueness and accept it, no one is perfect.
  9. And yes, if someone mocks you for some drawback in your personality, chuckle with them, Keep Your Confidence And Self Love So High that they don’t even match you at your level and all that appears negligible.
  10. We make fun of those people more who react to it unpleasantly, we all have definitely experienced this once at least either from the side of the victim or culprit. So Be Non-reactive to whatever negative is in front of you.

Depression, this small word with no lines can submerge anyone's life. Today people are happy in the snap and struggling while they try to take a nap. Smiling faces outside, no inner peace inside. Self-assured with skin out, self-doubt running in the veins in. They are in the crowd but still all alone. Happiness is nothing more than a fake emotion all the way long. A rare psychological fact I read the other day was, When you actually start crying for a cause, your mind starts giving you a glimpse of the bad that had happened to you so you can cry more and burst all the emotions out. Ever experienced crying makes your heart feel light. 

I felt it really hard when DOROTHY ROWE said once, “ DEPRESSION IS A PRISON WHERE YOU ARE BOTH, THE SUFFERING PRISONER AND THE CRUEL JAILOR

WHAT IS DEPRESSION?

It's really easy to make you guys understand what depression is. Rather, you can approach it better than me. But science calls out DEPRESSION as a mental disorder which results in reduction of biological functioning of an organism. But as far as i am concerned i think Depression is yet another synonym of ADOLESCENCE. No, it's not the fact that it's just a disorder of the early 20’s or late 30’s. It can make anyone into a dead soul and living body but the majority is ruled by the younger generation. Early 20’s is the age where we realise the reality of life, face struggle in career, peer pressure drive emotions, family pressure is just a common thing, love which is hard to find and many more. These emotions all together drive as in Darkness, Anxiety, Stress & Depression. 

COVID was nothing more than Icing On The Cake to this, as studies show that before COVID 26% of people suffer from depression, out of this 26% majority was ruled by students. The hike in the graph by 46% shows a decrease in mental health and a need for an increase in awareness among people. 

HOW TO DEAL WITH DEPRESSION?

Out of 1391.99 Million people in India, 267 Million are tobacco consumers, 62.5 Million people consume alcohol, 11 Million consume other drugs. Failure in career , rejection in job interview, denial by lover, another attempt in JEE, NEET or UPSC whatever but these are not the options. They may relieve your long term pain for a short period of time. But this short term happiness not only damages the health of your body but also kills your brain, by reducing thinking power and reaction to any sudden action. 10.5% is the suicide rate of India alone where world has suicidal rate 11.6%, these figure derive our brain crazy. So, now the important question arises here how to deal with it, here are few ways which will help you to live a more well functioned life -

  1. Before actually start working over it, analyse on your part which stage you are at, it's not a joke if required consult a doctor ASAP.
  2. Depression is like a pit with no end, try to find positivity in yourself, if you are unable to search for it from outer sources, which i usually avoid but if it works for you, just go for it without a second thought.
  3. Avoid people with a negative mindset as much as you can, they are just increasing your level of anxiety and nothing else.
  4. Music is a great servant and a bad master. Music with high emotions can hike your energy but a low music can even increase your depression, choose wisely. I know heart will shout for ARIJIT SINGH but you need to heal yourself not hurt yourself. 
  5. Develop self-love and self confidence, they work like assembling a massacre of your feelings.
  6. Become more workaholic and do the work you love because interest and desire are always above anxiety.
  7. Learn to accept the things, prepare yourself always for the changes that are gonna happen in your life, always remember nothing is permanent. 
  8. Be mentally ready and repeat always that you are stronger than everything, whatever be your suffering, it doesn't matter if the thing or person right in front of you is hilarious or villain or not but YOU ARE PROTAGONIST of your life. 

COVID & MENTAL HEALTH

I know the situation is really harassing everyone, Socially, Emotionally, Mentally. Ever heard LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE, way better than Pfizer, Sputnik, Covishield even Covaxin. No please, I am not promoting campaigns against getting vaccinated, do get vaccinated whenever your chance comes without trusting rumours. Yes, but I am saying just try to attain mental peace, smile and be happy because the best part of time is, It passes away, either good or bad but it will pass away surely. Believe in GOD, Trust the NATURE and have Faith in UNIVERSE. Everything will be alright just trust the process. Its Easy Said Than Done, some may utter but sadness cant heal the current situation so better be Happy for whatever next right to you.
