 HEALTH is the state of PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL and SPIRITUAL, well being rather than absence of disease in a body. Generally health is just overlooked, by the physical appearance of a human being. But take a pause and ask yourself, is it justified to overlook one of the most important key factors of one's life. 

In this fast changing world, we want everything at lightning speed, we all are rushing with a tick of time. But in all this hustle bustle, we never realise the importance and power of a sound body and good mind. Almost everyone, once or more in their lives, would have perceived these golden words that " HEALTH IS WEALTH " but have you ever put strength on your mind to actually analyse why health is referred to as wealth. They say, YOU CAN'T ENJOY WEALTH, IF YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HEALTH


WHAT IS HEALTH?

When this pandemic knocked, the curse of nature hit everyone the same,  regardless of their bank balance, luxuries and comforts. But the effects of it on each individual was way too different, some were physically harassed whereas others were mentally, emotionally and even socially shook. The one who put stress on the digits of their body health too, and heard the voice of their inner soul survived. But the one for whom only figures in their accounts mattered couldn't even take a stand. So it's really crystal clear, " Money is the means of survival but Health is the survival "

HOW CAN WE MAINTAIN HEALTH?

After acknowledgement of health, the important question arises here is how can we maintain health, does it require a lot of time? Or a lot of effort? Busy schedule, pending work, gosh, how to manage? 

This all may sound a bit humorous but only 30 minutes out of 24 hours are enough to bring a balance between health and lifestyle. Time Management is the key along with patience and consistency. Make your workout as your priority not an option. Keep pushing yourself to work for your health not only physically but also mentally. Simple breathing exercises, meditation and home workout are boon in the bane lifestyle.

Before actually start working on your health on ground level, analysis some factors listed below for better results-

  • Special precautions (if any)

  • BMI Index

  • Sleep Cycle

Some smart analysis beforehand may help to achieve our goal better and with ease though. 

CHECK IS IMPORTANT

Everyone has a different body type, the thing which appears to be heaven for a particular body type may turn out hellish for others. So the next important thing needs to be in the limelight is to put a check on our direction of force. If we are working on something, it's important to analyse whether it's even working for us in revert or not.

Everything takes time but analyse after a month or more whether it is the path we need to continue or change the road we are travelling right now. 

Personally, I always used to value my studies more, over my health, but when I started facing serious problems and issues in my backbone that day I actually realised my wrong persona towards life. My beloved readers, your work, your job, your tasks are important but the common thing in all is you so, VALUE YOURSELF. A healthy body increases the efficiency of your work and even makes yourself mentally strong.

Making our body fit organically and making our body look fit via muscles are totally different. Health Food are good with some workout at gym or any other workouts but having them without  any exercise ends up with nothing.
