Leader is the one who not only guides us to the path of success, but also walks at the front to face every challenge that comes into the path and then guides their followers appropriately. Ever wondered, such huge countries in the world are ruled by the decisions of only a few people? 7.9 BILLION people, 195 Countries & surprisingly 344 MAJOR Leaders. So the major question arises here is, Why 344 souls are followed by 7.9 BILLION people?

“ A LEADER IS THE ONE WHO KNOWS THE WAY, GOES THE WAY & SHOWS THE WAY ” these were the golden words of JOHN C. MAXWELL, which is self-explanatory in itself.

WHAT IS LEADERSHIP?

LEADERSHIP consists of a variety of emotions, a futuristic vision, a bold character, a decision making power and a positive attitude of course for a group of people which may be either in the form of an organisation or citizens. It is a quality which constructs your character and makes you stand apart from the mob. Misconceptions take birth when people think it's an inbuilt quality and cannot be built up. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING, and this leads all the people in the same flow. The way you take life, life takes you accordingly. 

The centre of gravity lies when you push your failure with a dedication of trying stuff, once again. Not everyone is able to start afresh when you are a stone throw distance apart from success and this makes you a leader. A leader is not the one who has never tasted failure or had never taken a wrong decision but a leader is the one who stands again to fight the circumstances with prior experiences and better visions. Everything takes time and it's not a one day task, it's a long journey of life to be lived with dedication and conviction. 

HOW CAN WE DEVELOP LEADERSHIP QUALITY?

After actually appreciating the leadership, the very next question which strikes is how can we develop this wonderful & life changing quality in ourselves. You are taking me wrong, if you think it's a task of the blue moon. We can inculcate this by practising these few simple steps in long term.

• Analyse first, how do you look for your leader? This will really broaden your vision and clear the fog by putting yourself in ele’s shoes.
• Face the Fear, this is again an important factor to be looked at. Either it is Claustrophobia or stage fright, face whatever is right in front of you.
• Ever wondered, Why motivational videos work for a few hours only? Because motivation is an emotion and emotions are temporary, so never take decisions in any emotion, be rational, be clear and then decide because it's not only you who is going to be affected, leaders live for millions.
• Try to be more disciplined, indulge yourself in more tasks, learn to communicate and resolve issues and most importantly, never stop the process of learning and stay consistent with whatever you have at hand.
• Most of the people forgot to add up that to flavour your leadership qualities is, Learn to Listen. Everyone wants to say but no one wants to listen. 
• If we borrow something we need to return it in some form, so never search for motivation, find motivation in yourself which keeps you going. 
• Apply the rule of C³, Cool, Calm and Composed.
• Look forward for the good of your followers, rather than yours, sacrifices make your immortal leader, keep in mind. 

HOW DOES LEADERSHIP QUALITIES CONTRIBUTES?

No it doesn't subtract anything from your life, so why should we learn this? Is a keen question, right? Just adding a few words to this, LEADERSHIP QUALITY is an asset & It's totally your call if you want to increase your current valued asset or just stay confined to whatever you have at present. It makes you a more trustworthy person, and helps in overall development of not only himself but also for them where you are chosen as a representative flag. Personally it adds self confidence, communication skills, critical thinking, broader perspectives and the list is simply illustrative. 

Leadership is born of quality in few, but it doesn't matter if you have willpower to succeed against your fate, Luck is shorter than Hard Work.
