In this world of “ I NEED SOMEBODY WHO CAN LOVE ME AT MY WORST ” be a person whose emotions are not derived by the treatment of others. SELF LOVE is the strongest emotion out of all emotions. It is a bundle of respect, care, comfort, and love of course, over others to oneself. 

When a great American actress and comedian, Lucille Ball, said these words we all felt them differently;

We all take birth and are brought up in love and care of our parents and loved one thus create a room of love for them, we grow up and start running in the race of finding a soulmate and then tie a knot with them, so loving them unconditionally turn out to be justified and finally when we get blessed with our off springs and their soulmates so loving them is all out of genes and this cycle never comes to an end, almost everyone in this world is stuck in it, but when everything comes to an end. What about the protagonist of the story, have you ever wondered?

Surprisingly, the one who lived life, the one who faced all ups and downs could never take a break and ask oneself, Hey You!! Yes You!! Are you happy? Are you comfortable? Are you satiated? We all are in the rat race to find love of someone or the other in this world so badly that we never realise when this hunt turned tables and became hurting to oneself. 

MISCONCEPTIONS

You are taking me wrong if you all conclude it as, you should live alone or you should never look for the emotions of others or be egoistic or self centred, there is a very fine line between sky high ego and self love, so know well to differentiate. We all in this world are supported by each other and living all alone sounds almost impossible. But what i am trying to say is that make yourself your first priority, care for your emotions, value your feelings, be kind to you, be loyal to you, respect you & be lovable to you the way you are, i put strength on my words again, THE WAY YOU ARE !!

Love humanity, serve people, show every required emotion, but remember, in a limit. When you cross the boundaries of your comfort, people push you more and it ends in infinity. Your senses and emotions turn negligible, so stay aware, when you have to start being good to yourself. Keep in mind, “Be in good books of oneself, for good.”

OUTCOMES

In the race to find someone else’s love we start hurting ourselves, create a sense of self doubt, submerge our confidence, become toxic, judgmental and mentally suppressed. We start comparing ourselves with others, start highlighting our shortcomings and crush our strength and ultimately it takes a face of depression. Self Love is a heal to all the wounds caused. So remember, YOU ARE BUILT DIFFERENT, YOU ARE ONE OF YOUR KIND, so love the way you are.

We Can Practice Self Love By Following Steps Below-

  1. By spending some ME TIME.
  2. Looking for your happiness too.
  3. Never forget your hobbies over responsibilities.
  4. Care for your health and beauty.
  5. Recite and repeat the above steps daily.
